Meetings are scheduled September through April on the first Thursday from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Our annual luncheon is held on the first Saturday in May. We do not formally meet in June, July or August. Meetings are typically held at the home of our members. The next meeting of 2009-2010 will be on Thursday, February 4th at 7:00 pm at the home of Nancy Ickes. Please RSVP directly to Nancy Ickes, Hostess. ALUMNAE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD Now accepting nominations for the 2009-2010 Alumnae Achievement Award. The ALUMNAE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD recognizes a woman who is committed to her sorority and community. For this award, the community activities weigh 70%, and sorority activities weigh 30%. Colorado Springs Alumnae Panhellenic encourages each sorority to nominate a candidate for this award. It is an honor for them to receive recognition from their sisterhood as well as the Colorado Springs Alumnae Panhellenic. Due to the depth of input needed to complete the application, applications will be held for up to three years. If you have submitted an application during the past three years and your nominee has not yet received an award, you do not need to submit another application. The recipient of the award will be recognized at the Scholarship Brunch & Silent Auction in the spring. The award recipient is held in confidence until the brunch, however the individual who nominated the recipient will be notified. It is strongly encouraged to have your group attend the Scholarship Brunch & Silent Auction, especially if an alumna from your group has been nominated. THE POSTMARKED DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS IS MARCH 6, 2010. Click here to download a Nomination Application. Contact Marsha Wayman for more information.
